Website as a Service questions
Who owns the website?
+Your business content and brand assets remain yours. Platform, hosting, licensing and transfer arrangements are governed by the selected Website as a Service agreement, and JITC confirms those terms before activation so there is no ambiguity.
Is there a setup fee?
+The current standard Website as a Service plans are configured with a R0 setup fee. Work outside the package scope, premium third-party licences, specialised integrations or custom functionality may be quoted separately.
Are professional emails included?
+Yes. Each plan includes a defined mailbox capacity. The exact number is shown on the package card before you subscribe.
Can JITC rebuild my existing website?
+Yes. We can assess an existing site, determine which content and assets should be retained, and rebuild the digital presence within an appropriate Website as a Service plan.
Will the website work on mobile devices?
+Yes. Website as a Service sites are designed responsively for modern desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Does the monthly fee include SEO?
+The plans include SEO foundations at the level shown for each package. Ongoing SEO campaigns, content programmes or broader Business Growth work are separate unless specifically included in your agreement.
Can I upgrade later?
+Yes. Your website can move to a larger plan as the business needs more pages, mailboxes, content support or capability. Additional custom functionality can also be scoped separately.
What happens after I subscribe?
+You complete a website onboarding form in the JITC Customer Portal. JITC then confirms the project inputs, content and build process before design and implementation begin.
